In one line

Meridish is a free daily food geography game: seven dishes a day, and you tap the map where each one was born.

The short version

Every day at midnight UTC, Meridish serves the whole world the same seven-course tasting menu, from an aperitif to dessert. For each dish, players see a photo and a clue, then tap the map where they think it was born: not just the country, but the town or city. The closer the guess, the more points, up to 700 a menu. Afterwards players see where the dish really comes from, how their guess compares with everyone else's, and an emoji result to share that never gives the answers away.

What makes it different

Logo and images

The logo is the world on a plate, between a fork and a knife, with a map pin on the plate. Please don't recolour or redraw it.

Need screenshots, a larger logo or a video of the game? Email us and we'll send them the same day.

Data and stories

Every guess is scored on our servers, so we can see where the world thinks each dish comes from, and which dishes fool almost everyone. We're happy to share anonymous, aggregated numbers for a story. We never share anything about individual players; the privacy policy explains what we keep.
